Worst Service /No updates/Extreme delay - Swann 8 Channel 960H Security System with 1TB Hard Drive
1. It took 3 months for Kapruka to identify that seller has sent it without tracking number, after all my emails.
2. What about early promises, 25th July, 20th August so was Kapruka lying to me..
3. Why wasn't I contacted by Kapruka about this proactively. I had to chase them for 3 months to get this answer.
I decided not to make any future order through Kapruka and it is upto the reader to decide also...
